Ability to reset the OS disk of a persistent AWS VM in a MCS-created machine catalog

When a persistent AWS VM is powered off and placed in maintenance mode, you can request to reset the OS disk.  This causes the OS disk to get deleted and recreated from current image prepared from Amazon Machine Image (AMI).
