Ability to specify what account names start with when specifying a naming scheme

This release introduces an option to the Machine Catalog Setup > Machine Identities page of the Full Configuration management interface. The option lets you specify numbers or letters the account names start with, giving you more control over how machine accounts are named during catalog creation.
