Support for FAS in Citrix Cloud Gov Environment

Citrix FAS is currently compatible only with the commercial and Japan Citrix Cloud control planes. This means that the benefits of FAS cannot be used by customers using Gov Citrix Cloud control plane. Citrix is developing FAS for use with the Gov Citrix Cloud control plane.
