Partners with on-premises Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops can use Citrix cloud licensing APIs retrieve the following information:

• Number of licenses at a summary level including:
  • Total users
  • Paid users
  • Free users
  • License servers
  • Customers count
• Number of licenses per customer including:
  • Account name
  • Total users
  • Paid users
  • Free users
• Historical data up to 12 months

Partners with Citrix DaaS (formerly Virtual Apps and Desktops service) can use Citrix cloud licensing APIs to retrieve the following information:

• Number of licenses at a summary level including:
  • Total current number of customers
  • Total current number of licenses across all customers
  • Total current number of users across all customers
  • Total current number of license overage across all customers
• Number of licenses per customer including:
  • Organization ID
  • Current total licenses owned
  • Current total users
  • Current license overage
• Historical data up to 12 months
