Manage Citrix Cloud Administrators programatically

Allow customers to integrate with other business systems and automate workflows like employee on-boarding and exit, monitor for security, etc.

Following functionality will be available via REST API:

1. Get a list of all admins along with the privileges and identity provider
2. Add/Invite an admin/group
   • Invite Citrix Identity / AzureAD user.
   • Add Google user or AzureAD/SAML/Google group.
3. Delete an admin/group
4. Manage role and permissions of existing admins
