Improved target devices logs

With this feature, you can now:

• change the default log level of all new target devices in a farm defined in Farm Properties.
• change the log level of an existing collection and all target devices in that collection in just one step.

The log levels that you can set are:

• Off
• Fatal
• Error
• Warning
• Info
