Binding a machine catalog to a Workspace Environment Management configuration set

When creating a machine catalog, you can now bind it to a Workspace Environment Management configuration set. Doing so lets you use Workspace Environment Management service to deliver the best possible workspace experience to your users. You can also choose to bind the catalog after you create the catalog.
