This feature brings an exciting new capability to Studio App Packages enabling discovery and assignment for elastic app layers.
With this feature you can:
- Configure Studio App Packages to discover and enumerate a library of elastic app layers which were authored using Citrix App Layering.
- Create assignment policies for delivering the apps elastically to any of your non-persistent machine catalogs.
- Elastic app layers are "portable" and can be assigned to users logging into any non-persistent Windows machine, regardless of the version of the Windows OS, or whether or not the image was published from an App Layering appliance.
