Support for preserving eSIM when device is erased

A new setting, Preserve eSIM on Erase, is introduced to maintain the eSIM when the device is erased due to excessive failed password attempts or when using the "Erase All Content" option.

Workspace User Experience
 Administrators will be able to set up custom URLs according to their preferences on Workspace UI.  Custom URLs are customer-defined hyperlinks that links to specific websites.
