Citrix DaaS Monitor now supports the ability to trigger Dynamic Session Recordings on user sessions via the console. Customers with Session Recording enabled on their environment can avail this feature for shadowing and troubleshooting. Citrix Session Recording is part of every DaaS edition and with this available to every Citrix DaaS customer.
