Support for retaining advanced network setting from master image to catalog Hyper-V and Azure VM

Previously, when you provisioned a new VM, each new VM had its own new NIC for network communication.  And NIC settings, such as DNS setting, configured in the master image is not reflected in the catalog VM. With this feature, every configured setting in the master NIC would be retained in the provisioned VMs.

Introduce Domain Name Truncation feature to Cloud Licensing

Domain name truncation will allow Citrix cloud to count unique users based on their account name alone. If you have users with the same account name under multiple domains, this feature will increase the accuracy of licensing statistics and reduce the likelihood of assigning multiple licenses to the same user.
